Content Rules

Be creative, be weird, have fun. Just don't hurt anyone. These rules are part of our Terms and apply to everything you create, upload, link to or publish with kwirk.

Never allowed

Minors

Characters must be adults (18+). No content that depicts, sexualises or endangers minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Sexual content

No nudity or sexually explicit content.

Real people without consent

No using the face, body or voice of a real person without their permission. No impersonation of celebrities, politicians or anyone else.

Deception

No fake news, election manipulation, fake endorsements, scams or content that makes people believe a real person said or did something they did not.

Hate, harassment and violence

No bullying, threats, hate speech, glorification of violence or terrorism, and no content promoting self-harm.

Illegal content and others' rights

Nothing that is illegal in the EU or your country. No content that infringes copyright, trademarks or personality rights. Only use reference videos and images you are allowed to use.

Abusing kwirk

No bypassing our filters, removing AI markings, spamming, mass automated generation or reselling access.

How we enforce these rules

We use automated filters and human review. Depending on how serious a violation is, we may:

• block a generation,

• remove a character or video,

• temporarily restrict your account, or

• close your account for serious or repeated violations.

When we take action, we tell you which rule was broken and why, and how you can contest our decision. You can always ask for a person to review it by contacting us.

If you see content made with kwirk that is illegal or breaks these rules, please report it. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
