Every character and video costs credits. You always see the price before you start, and failed videos are refunded automatically. A 10-second video at 720p is 100 credits.
Why does the background change a little?
Lots of people post the same trend in front of the same wall. With Slightly changed, small details like the sky, the ground or the buildings are new in every video, so yours never looks like a copy. Platforms may treat many identical videos as repeated content. Pick Same if you want it exactly as in the video.
Which background should I pick?
We recommend Slightly changed: same place and camera, fresh small details. Same keeps it exactly as in the video; New puts your character somewhere else.
Can my character talk in its own voice?
Yes. By default your video keeps the original sound and your character lip-syncs to it. Want your character to say something new? Just write it when you make the video. Your character speaks with its own saved voice, everyone else gets a random voice that fits them. Random voices are free. Saving your character's own voice costs 20 credits, once.
How do I add the trend's music?
Trend songs are copyrighted, so they aren't in your download. Copy the sound name on your video, upload it to TikTok or Instagram and add the sound there.
Do plan credits carry over?
No. Plan credits are for the current month. Top-ups stay valid for 12 months.
How do I cancel?
In Settings → Plan, or without logging in on the Cancel contracts page. Your plan runs until the end of the billing period.
